Henry Teague, a resident of Webb, Alabama passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019 at his residence. He was 89.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 11 am at Macedonia Baptist Church with ArJean Carroll officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at the church from 10-11 am.

Mr. Teague was born in Houston County, Alabama and resided in the Ashford area most of his life. He was employed with Couch Construction Company for 52 years until his retirement in 2010. He was a member of the McHellon Masonic Lodge #931. Mr. Teague was a faithful member of Macedonia Baptist Church and the Brotherhood Club for over thirty years where he also served as a deacon.

Survivors include his daughters, Brunice T. Martin and Linda Griggs; his sons, Rev. Dr. Hayward Teague and Mark Anthony Snell; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of family members and friends.
