Hubert Amond Baxley of Samson passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016 in Wiregrass Nursing Home. He was 91.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Monday, January 2, 2016 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Geneva. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Assembly of God Church Cemetery under the direction of Jimmy Bottoms of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

 

Survivors include his children, Gearld (Susie) Baxley, Allen (Sondra) Baxley, Terry (Kelley) Baxley, and Jamie Baxley; grandchildren, Cliff (Falena) Baxley, Sandy (Steve) Nelson, Timothy (Ashley) Baxley, Christopher Baxley, Michael Baxley, Steven (Heather) Baxley, Andy Baxley, and Melissa Baxley; great-grandchildren, Fashawna, Colton, Bailee, Bodhi, Brylee, Brennen, Blaze, Gunner, Ryder, Taylore, Talon, Braxton, Kinsley, Jaxson, Layne, and Makinzee; two sisters, Norma Foster, and Juanita Hartzog.
