Mr. James Michael Farris, of Enterprise, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017. He was 54.

 

Memorial services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 7, 2017 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 pm and continuing until service time.

 

Mr. Farris was born June 23, 1962 in Camp Pendleton, California to James Warren and Gloria Farris.

 

His father, James Warren Farris preceded him in death. In addition to his father, his paternal grandparents, Jim B. Farris (Jewel), and maternal grandparents, Byron Whitman (Helen) preceded him in death.

 

Flowers will be accepted or contributions can be made to the SOS Animal Shelter, 25944 AL-134, Enterprise, AL 36330 in memory of Michael.

 

Survivors include his son, David Michael Farris, Newville, AL; mother and step father, Gloria F. Booker (Larry), Mariana, FL; two brothers, Jeffery Mark Farris, Elyria, OH, Tracey Steven Farris (Jo Ann), Enterprise, AL; two step brothers, Joey Booker (Sally), Phil Plummer, Mariana, FL;  one step sister, Karen Smith (Sidney); one nephew, Tyler Farris, Cypress, FL; one niece, Emily Farris, Lorain, OH; one step nephew, Bradley Booker; one step niece, Breanna Taylor, Dothan, AL.
