James Perry Jeter, age 60 of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Tuesday, May 22, 2018 in Metro Plex Hospital in Kileen, TX.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 16, 2018 at New Home Baptist Church with Rev. Cliff Quincey officiating.

Perry was preceded in death by his fathers, William Junior Jeter and James Wayne Smith, his brothers, William Larry Jeter and Jerry Allen Jeter, his nephew, William Larry Jeter, Jr. and his grandparents.

Survivors include his wife, Renee Johnson Jeter, Enterprise, AL; his mother, Delois Ivey Smith, Enterprise, AL; daughters, Jamie Jeter Labbs (Joe) Greatfalls, MT; Connie Johnson McKinzie (Michael) Enterprise, AL; Taylor Jeter Sims, Kileen, TX; sisters, Rhonda Jeter Smith (Rex) Enterprise, AL; Michelle Smith Simerly (Rob) Ft. Hood, TX; grandchildren, Austin, Marlin, Caden, Anthony, James and William; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.
