Janet (Jan) Adkison of Enterprise, AL passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at her home.  She has been battling breast cancer since December 2012.  She was 58 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Goodman Independent Church with Rev. Randall Pearson officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 9:30 A.M. on Thursday.

Ms. Adkison was preceded in death by her mother, Emmer Louise (Floyd) Adkison.

Survivors include her father, Leon (Grace) Adkison; son, Gary “Blaine” (Hope) Anderson; daughter, Kasie Michele (Ellison) Anderson/Cason; two granddaughters, Kayla Dion Anderson and Haydin Jade Anderson; one grandson, Caden LeStat Anderson; three sisters, Linda (Guy) Savage; Judy Hanson; Tami (Larry) Jones; two brothers, David (Lolita) Adkison; Jason Adkison; several nieces and nephews, along with many other relatives and friends.
