Judy McLain

Judy McLain passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at her home. She was 65.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Wiregrass Church with Rev. Jim Reid officiating. A private burial will follow with Byrd Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ruth Remnant Ministry, Inc., 411 Randwick Road, Dothan, AL 36301

Mrs. Judy McLain was born in Roseburg, OR and was one of six children. On April 16, 1967 she married her beloved husband, Luke McLain. Along with her husband of 49 years, they raised their four children whom they taught to love fervently, forgive completely, and to always extend grace regardless of circumstances.

Survivors include her husband, Luke L. McLain; daughters and sons-in-law, Joanie and Oliver Dutton of Joplin, MO, Rebekah and Bradley Davis of Dothan, and Amy and Jason Sharp of Dothan; son, Jon McLain of Dothan; grandchildren, Joshua Messer, Jordyn and Zack Butler, Jennifer Harbin, Caroline and Noah Hensley, Charlie Dutton, Bauer Sharp, Samuel Dutton, Ethan Dutton, Anna Ryan Sharp, Tyler Sharp, and Lucy Sharp; great grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Harbin, Preston James Harbin, Beatrice Jane Hensley, and Baby Hensley; and many special friends.
