Julia “Faye” Anderson Nunemaker

 

Julia “Faye” Anderson Nunemaker, a resident of Ashford, passed away on February 24, 2018 at her home. She was born on June 13, 1953.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolphus and Mildred Anderson of Ashford. She graduated from Ashford High School in 1971. Faye worked as an insurance manager for Dr. Donald Brice in Dothan. She also worked at Dillard’s for several years. She enjoyed cooking, crafts and her family.

Faye is survived by her son, Vince Adam Brackin, and two brothers Jimmy Rex (Linda) Anderson and Timothy Lamar (Belinda) Anderson; nieces Amy (Shane) Hydrick, Misty (Mike) Calhoun, Alena Anderson and nephew Daniel Anderson. She also leaves behind two great-nephews, Dylan Hydrick and Hayden Calhoun and two great-nieces, Carli Hydrick and Chloe Calhoun as well as a host of special aunts and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5pm until 7pm Saturday, March 3, 2018 in the Chapel at Family First Funeral Care.
