Linda English of Westville, FL passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019. She was 71 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with the Rev. Wendell Ard officiating. Burial will follow in Campground Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 12:00 p.m.

The family request that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Hospital Research, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.

Mrs. English was born in Samson, AL on November 11, 1947 to the late George and Annie Rials Davidson. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by many brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Elton English of Westville, FL; one son, John English (Angie) of Geneva; two grandchildren, Andrew English (Alex) of Enterprise, and Phillip English of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; two great-grandchildren, Austin and Ariana English; special friends, Margo and Robert Bowser, and their son, Roger Bowser; one brother, Willard Davidson (Christine) of Geneva; two sisters, Mrytice Donaldson of Geneva, and Elaine Morrison (Noah) of Westville, FL; and also her God-daughter, Sheena English Jacobs (Jerad) of St. Marys, GA.
