Lucille Bush, 101, of Dothan, Alabama, died Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Westside Terrace following a long illness.

Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Memory Hill Cemetery with Rev. Woody Farrington officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends from 9:30 am until 10:30 am Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Glover Funeral Home prior to the services.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 1512 West Main Street, Dothan, AL, 36301, or to your favorite charity.

Lucille was born October 8, 1916, a daughter of the late Jesse and Belle Thompson Peeples.  She, along with her husband Walter Bush, owned and operated Standard Radio & TV until his death in 1974.  She was a homemaker, and the oldest member of Southside Baptist Church where she attended for 70 years.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, William Bud Roberts, a brother James Peeples and a sister-in-law Ella Peeples.

She is survived by two daughters, Patty Roberts, Dothan, AL; Linda (Larry) Mills, Dothan, AL; grandchildren, Laney Roberts, Donna Roberts, Brian (Amy) Davis, Rhett (Allison) Davis; great-grandchildren, Tyler Davis, Austin Weeks, Cody Davis; brother Wyatt Glenn (Dick) Peeples; 1 nephew and 4 nieces.

The family would like to thank Westside Terrace and Covenant Hospice for the care and love they gave to our mother.
