Mae Bell Bass age  96, a resident of Daleville, Alabama passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Enterprise Health & Rehabilitation Center in Enterprise, Alabama.  Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Level Plains on Thursday, March 2, 2017 beginning at 2:00 PM with Rev. Mike Foreman officiating. Burial will follow in the Enterprise City Cemetery with Hayes Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be at the First Baptist Church of Level Plains on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Survivors include her children- Daughter - Kate Snellgrove, Daleville, AL, Son - Jim Bass, Enterprise, AL, Son - Bill Bass, Wetumpka, AL, Son - Danny Bass, Wetumpka, AL, and Son - Terry Bass of Enterprise, AL. She is also survived by two Sisters - Charlie Mae Cordle, Foley, AL, and Sally Wilson of Tuscaloosa, AL along with 14 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, and 7 Great Great Grandchildren.

Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her parents Lula and Richard Wilson, husband Sam L. Bass, daughter Sue Strickland, along with a Grandson Ike Snellgrove and a Granddaughter  Heather Marie Bass.

Hayes Funeral Home of Elba, Alabama is serving the Bass family.
