Magnolia Jordan, age 91, of Graceville, FL and formerly of Gordon, AL, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Signature Healthcare in Graceville, FL.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. James Scarborough officiating. Interment will be held in Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery in Gordon, AL with Eddie Parker, Jamie Hollingsworth, Randy Mathis, Ricky Johnson, Reggie Johnson, and Earl Johnson serving as casketbearers. Visitation will be held from 1:00-1:45 PM CST at the funeral home.
Ms. Jordan was born in Gordon, AL on February 14, 1927 to Jesse Bryant Jordan and Lillie Mae Williams Jordan.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her brother, Harvey Jordan and his wife Mary Sue of Bell, FL; her sisters, Eula Beasley of Gordon, AL and Lonnell Mathis and her husband Joe of Gordon, AL. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Ms. Jordan was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Bryant Jordan and Lillie Mae Williams Jordan; two daughters, Vonelle Jordan Johnson and Linda Faye Jordan Crase; eight brothers, Cecil Jordan, Willard Jordan, Norton Jordan, Louie Jordan, Forster Jordan, Conley Jordan, Olive Jordan, Melvis Jordan; and two sisters, Gena Mae Coleman and Ruth Robinson.
