ABBEVILLE. . . Margaret Jordan “Marty” Kelley, a resident of the Lawrenceville Community of Henry County, died Monday morning, January 22, 2018, at her home. She was 78.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, January 24, 2018, in the Holman Abbeville Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Mickey Skinner officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 P.M. Wednesday at the mortuary.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
Mrs. Kelley was born and reared in Dothan, daughter of the late Fletcher Jordan and Maude Drew Jordan. She was a graduate of Dothan High School. Mrs. Kelley lived in Dothan until moving to Lawrenceville in 1975. She was a member of Chester Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Mrs. Kelley was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Kelley.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Charles Edward Kelley; a daughter, Angela McBroom (Pete), Daleville; a son, Kelly E. Kelley, Abbeville; a daughter-in-law, Nicole Kelley, Abbeville; two brothers, Clyde Jordan and Marvin Jordan (Carol), all of Dothan; five grandchildren, Abbey Kelley, Katelyn Bodiford, Taylor Bradley (Cain), Aryn Kelley and Sawyer Kelley.
