DOTHAN. . .Marion Holton Johnson, a resident of Dothan, died Saturday afternoon, July 2, 2016, in the Wesley Manor Retirement Center. She was 84.

            Memorial Services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Tuesday, July 5, 2016, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Ray Preston officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 3:30 P.M. Tuesday at the mortuary.

            Mrs. Johnson was born and reared in Yorkshire, England, daughter of the late George Henry Holton and Rose Hannah Tomlinson Holton. She lived in Caryville, Florida before moving to Dothan in 1980. Mrs. Johnson was formerly self-employed as a Caretaker in home health care.

            Surviving relatives include her husband, Byron Douglas Johnson, and a daughter, Marina Anglin, both of Dothan; a brother, Elvin Holton (Ann), Clearwater, FL; two grandchildren, David Myers  (Heather), and Timothy Myers (Kristen); five great-grandchildren.
