Mark Fred Pugh of Geneva passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at his home. He was 64 years old.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, AL. A burial will take place at a later date in Montezuma, Iowa.   

Mark was born on December 12, 1953 in Grinnell, Iowa to the late Foster Clinton and Darlene Troth Pugh. Mark loved NASCAR racing, but above all else he loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Debra Pugh of Geneva; one daughter, Ashley Pugh Holtz (Henry) of Daphne, AL; one son, Andy Pugh (Leanne) of Elba, AL; three grandchildren, Lucy and Jack Holtz, and Ella Pugh; one sister, Marilyn Schlotterbeck of Keystone, IA; father and mother-in-law, Jerome and Donna Stripling of Clackamas, OR.
