Mary Capps Pittman passed away peacefully at home on November 30, 2017, at the age of 95.  The family had a graveside service that was held on December 2, 2017 by Searcy Funeral Home with Reverend Fox Fleming officiating.

Mary was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Enterprise.  It brought her great joy to visit with her family and friends, homebound church members and nursing home patients.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel McKinnon Pittman, and her parents, William Martin and Essie Pouncey Capps. 

Survivors include her sons, Kinn Pittman (Jan) of Enterprise, Dana Pittman (Townley) of Enterprise, and Ed Pittman of Panama City Beach, Florida; grandchildren, Dr. Daniel Pittman (Kathryn), Mandy Mack (Casey), Mary Elizabeth Nelson (Zach), William Pittman (Tori), Brad Tindol (Lauren), Houston Tindol, Sarakathryn Tindol, and Win Pittman; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Margorie Pittman.

The family of Mary Pittman would like to thank Gentiva Hospice of Enterprise, Dr. Andy Gammill, Dr. Gary Allen, and Dr. Alan Young.  A special appreciation to her caregivers; Susan, Kelonda, Liz, Fatima, Brenda, and Debbie.
