 Maxine Ball, age 80 of Daleville, AL, passed away, Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Enterprise Chapel of Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory with Dr. J. Chris Adams, Chaplain with Kindred Hospice officiating.  The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 A.M.

Mrs. Ball was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ann Bennett, three brothers, Thomas Gibson; Billy Joe Gibson and Bobby Lee Gibson.

Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Ball Mitchell, Daleville, AL; Vanessa Ball Beck, Madison, NC; five sisters, Betty Southern (Carl); Marie Hill, both of King, NC; Linda Pierce, Goldsburg, NC; Carol Helsabeck (William) Rural Hall, NC; Ruth Hall (Johnny) Chesapeake, VA; five brothers, Richard Gibson (Gayle) Walnut Cove, NC; Donald Gibson (Phyllis) King, NC; David Gibson (Linda) Westfield, NC; James Gibson (Cathy) King, NC; Johnny Gibson (Elizabeth) King, NC; five grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
