Michael Kenneth Millwater, a resident of Dothan, Alabama passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019 at his residence. He was 37.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 2 pm in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for 1 hour prior to the service.

Michael was born on February 27, 1982 in Marianna, Florida. He was a 2000 graduate of Rehobeth High School. After high school, he attended Wallace Community College and was an electrician for over 20 years. Michael played city baseball at Doug Tew Recreational Facility and later played travel ball. He played pitcher, second base and short stop. Michael was a self-taught guitar player and enjoyed playing his grandfather’s guitar following his father’s passing.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Diane Millwater; a son, Kenneth Chase Millwater; a daughter, Haleigh Skye Millwater; his mother, Sandy (Thomas) Tregaskis; his brothers, Daniel Robert Millwater and Joseph Harris; his sister, Amanda Millwater (Kyle) Schwab; and several nieces and nephews.
