Mildred Johns Adams of Geneva, AL passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at Flowers Hospital. She was 70 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 26, 2017 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Bro. Wayne Adams, Rev. Gene Hauser and Rev. Josh Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.

Mrs. Adams was born in Covington County, AL on April 19, 1947 to the late Wilson and Bessie Lee King Johns. Mrs. Adams was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. In her spare time she enjoyed fishing and traveling with Glen, especially to the mountains. She was very involved with her church and family activities. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.    

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Mr. Glen Adams of Geneva; one daughter, Angie Adams and husband Tim of Geneva; two sons, Wayne Adams and wife Regena of New Brockton, and Jamie Adams and wife Sam of Geneva; grandchildren, Josh Wilson (Ashton), Sadie Pettis (Elijah), Dustin Adams (Megan), Alexa Adams, Easton Waters, Mason Adams, Jamison Adams, and Brayden Adams; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Wilburn Johns of Memphis, TN.
