Mr. Billy Ray Johnson of Bonifay, FL passed away Friday, July 20, 2018, at the age of 78.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, Alabama, with the Rev. Gary Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Community Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be held Monday beginning at 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service.

Mr. Johnson was born September 1, 1939 in Coffee County Alabama to the late Henry Pulaski and Gertrude Boswell Johnson.  He attended the Izagora Methodist Church, enjoyed cattle farming with his brother, fishing and spending time with his friends.  He

was a true cattleman at heart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters; Edna Adams, Nadine Adams and Judy Dozier, one brother; Johnny Johnson.

Survivors: Companion and love of his life, Dixie Fulmer, Bonifay, Florida; sister-in-law; Sharon Johnson, Bonifay, Florida; niece; Heidi Hudson (Phillip), Bonifay, Florida, nephew; Michael Vann (Melissa) Westville, Florida, great nieces; Arabella and Annalia Hudson, Mallory and Molly Vann and a number of other special family and friends.
