Mr. Billy Wayne McClelland, age 60, of Geneva, AL passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.  A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2017, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Geneva. 

Mr. McClelland was born in Naples, FL on March 26, 1957, to Nola Messer McClelland and the late, Huey McClelland.  He was a graduate of Naples High School, Class of 1975, where he excelled while playing on the school’s football and wrestling teams.  He later became an electrician, and at the time of his death, was working for Consolidated Electric.   He was preceded in death by his daughter, Alison Carol McClelland.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Smith McClelland of Geneva; mother, Nola Atchison and husband, Bob Engel of Port Charlotte, FL; mother-in-law, Elvie Burris and husband, Robert; six daughters, Katrina McClelland, Tammie McClelland, Amanda McClelland, Donna McClelland, and Madilyn McClelland, all of Geneva, and Ashley McClelland, and husband, Shawn Hare of Bruce, FL; nine grandchildren, Dylan, Charles, Jessica, Joshua, Brandon, Michellie, Amoura, Jewlie-anna, and Adelina; five great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Rylan, Dixie, Michael, and CJ; four brothers, Darrell McClelland, Randy McClelland, and wife, Donna, Shane McClelland, and wife, Donna, and Bryan McClelland, and wife, Tiffany.  He was a wonderful husband and father who worked very hard to provide for his family.
