Charles Santiago Crenshaw, a resident of Dothan, died Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. He was 77.

 

A memorial service will be held at a later date at his birth place in Tampa, Florida.

 

Mr. Crenshaw is preceded in death by his parents Olan and Margie Sanchez Crenshaw; one daughter, Debra Loraine Carroll; two brothers, Tuffy Crenshaw, and Richard Crenshaw.

 

Mr. Crenshaw is survived by his wife of 44 years, Mariam Brown Crenshaw; one son, Charles Patrick Crenshaw; one daughter, Jeanette Elizabeth Crenshaw; one sister, Francis Aldridge; two brothers, Ishmal Crenshaw and Raymond Crenshaw; five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
