Mr. Rayburn Paulk, 83 of Bonifay, FL passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on, Thursday, September 29, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 2, 2016 in the Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home Chapel in Geneva with Rev. Jimmy Davis and Bro. James Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Paulk was born and raised in Holmes County, FL. He lived there throughout his life where he raised his family. Rayburn was an avid farmer and he continued doing what he loved until his death. He loved spending time outdoors and nothing made him happier than having his family by his side. He was a hard working, devoted husband, father, Pa and friend. He enjoyed sharing the fruits of his labor. He gave generously and found great pleasure in his ability to help others.

Mr. Paulk was preceded in death by his parents, Cora Lee and Tommie Simmons and John Will Paulk. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Cathy Mixon.

Mr. Paulk leaves behind to share his memories his loving wife, Sarah Paulk; His children, Steve (Beth) Paulk, Rachel (Donald) Hatcher, Tina (Steven) Segers and Brandon Watford; His grandchildren, Lee (Andy), Lynn and Haley Paulk, Kaylen (Johnny) Randall, Reid (Cami) Hatcher, Brittany and John Will Mixon, Jarrett and Jordan Segers; brother, Harold (Paula) Paulk; niece, Tyler Paulk; nephew, Derek Paulk; and a host of other family and friends.
