Thomas Steven Whitehead, affectionately known as Mad Dog, 65 of Slocomb, Alabama passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017.

 

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no service because he wouldn’t want a “sky pilot” preaching over his body. He’d much rather family and friends remember him with good stories and cold beer. Preferably an ice cold Budweiser.

 

He leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Nelda Whitehead; daughter and son in law, Nichole and Zachary Van Gundy; sister, Carolyn Smith and niece, Lori Mitchell.
