Mrs. Betty Ann Cochran Holland, age 71, of Ashford passed away Thursday, May 5, 2016.


Born June 29, 1944 in Blakely, Georgia to the late Huey and Flora Bell Shelley Cochran, she was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church. She enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with her family.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Huey Cochran, Jr.


Survivors include her husband, Winsell Holland; her daughters, Theresa (James) Norris, Lisa (Donald) Cannon, Robbie (Marv) Elliott; her son, Billy Dean (Ramona) Holland; her step-daughter, Lisa Holland; her step-son, Kenny (Carol) Holland; her sister, Barbara (Jimmy) Williams; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.


The family will receive friends from 5 PM until 7 PM, Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.


Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Sunday, May 8, 2016 from the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Myra Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery in Avon with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.


Serving as active pallbearers will be Larry Cotton III, Chase Gregory Dickerson, Stanley Hobbs, James Robert Webb, Phillip Dwayne Wadsworth Jr, and Steven Holland.


The family will be accepting flowers.
