Mrs. Debra Sue Mollet Carroll, of New Brockton, passed away Monday, November 14, 2016 at the age of 55.

 

Memorial services will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Bethany Baptist Church with Reverend Tony Dye officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 9 am and continuing until service time.

 

Debra was born July 23, 1961 in Danville, Illinois to Larry L. and Sharon A. High Mollet. She worked as a nurse for over 30 years assisting families, most recently with DaySpring Hospice. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and also loved to share her crafts and hobbies with others.

 

Her father Larry L. Mollet preceded her in death, as well as two sisters Sandra Bell and Theresa Galey and her in-laws Harrell and Annie Ruth Carroll.

 

Survivors include her husband, Gregory N. Carroll, New Brockton; two daughters, Rachel Stricklin (Joseph), Prattville, AL; Heather Tompkins (Ralph), Wilmington, NC; her mother Sharon A. High Mollet; one granddaughter, Aden Stricklin.

 

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to DaySpring Hospice in Honor of Debra Carroll, 201 W. Lee Street, Enterprise, AL 36330. Monetary donations will be used to provide meals for patients in need.
