Mrs. Eloise Morris Watson, of Geneva, Alabama, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 at the age of 77.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Geneva First United Methodist, with the Rev. Ben Vickers and Rev. Jake and Dana Brady officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be Wednesday beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Church and continue until service time.

Mrs. Watson was born September 24, 1939 in Covington County Alabama to the late James Merdic and Maggie Lawrence Evans. She was retired after many years from the American Bank.  She loved her family, people, dancing and her precious dog Gracie.

Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to the First United Methodist Church building fund.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband William H. (Bill) Morris.

She is survived by her husband; Ed Watson, Geneva, Al. One daughter; Donna Morris (Scott) Gray , Geneva, Al., and one granddaughter;  Maggie Morris Wood of Geneva, Al.

Three step-daughters; Brett (Jim) Evans of Butler, Al. Kim (Jeff) Mauldin of Dothan, Al and Kathy (Tim) Crews of Dothan, Al.  Three step-sons; Bill Morris of Enterprise, Jim Morris (Sandy), of Samson, Al. and Drew Morris (Renee) of Newman, Ga. And a number of step-grandchildren.  Special Niece, Ann Watson, Geneva, Al.
