Mrs. Helen V. Kendall of Daleville passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was 88.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Providence Baptist Church in Clayhatchee. Burial will follow in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 – 6 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a hospice group.

Mrs. Kendall was born October 27, 1928, in Clayhatchee, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Valley Windham Turner, and brother, Billy Turner.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne J. Kendall of Daleville; daughter, Debbie Sosebee of Chincoteague, VA; three grandchildren and two identical great granddaughters.
