Mrs. Martha Sharon Marsh Warren, from the Liberty Chapel Community of Samson, Alabama passed away July 18, 2016 at the age of 73.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2016 in the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral in Geneva, Alabama with the Rev. Ron Thames, Rev. Eugene Hatcher and Rev. Jack Thomason officiating, burial will follow in the Liberty Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Thursday and continue until funeral time.

Mrs. Warren was born December 20, 1942 in Geneva County Alabama to the late David Lafayette and Eva Inez Hornsby Marsh.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She loved working in her flowerbeds, gardening and fishing with her grandchildren. She was a faithful member of the Liberty Chapel Baptist Church. She worked many long hours with her husband Bill to make a successful business of the Samson IGA.

She is survived by: Her husband of 55 years: Earnest Wayne Warren, Sr. “Bill”. Two sons: Wayne Warren (Amy Taylor) Samson, Al.  David L. Warren and wife Karen of Samson, Al.  Five Special and Beloved grandchildren: Joanna Shea Warren Berry (Blake) Elba, Al. Hayden Lee Warren, Heath Alexander Warren, Holly Elizabeth Warren and Heidi Katherine Warren all of Samson, Al.  Aunts and Uncles: Helen Harrell, Enterprise, Al.  Louie Hornsby, Carrollton, Ga.  Mildred Brannon, Lynn Haven, Fl.  Shirley Hornsby, Samson, Al., Collis Hornsby, Samson, Al., Faye Hornsby, Geneva, Al.  Brothers and sisters-in laws: Betty W. Sumner, Pearson, Ga.  Bobby & Peggy Warren, Samson, Al. and Donny and Jawona Warren of Warner Robins, Ga.  A number of special nieces, nephews, cousins, and Amy’s children and grandchildren: Tyler Bowers (Tierra), Austin Bowers, Emerald and Jayden Bowers.
