Mrs. Nelda Byrd Livesay, of Enterprise, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at her residence surrounded by family. She was 77.

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 9, 2016 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise with Reverend Kerry Mitchell and Chad Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday beginning at 1:00 and continuing until service time.

 

Mrs. Livesay was born September 20, 1938 in Coffee County to the late Hansel Lamar and Ruby Lee Strickland Byrd.

 

Survivors include one daughter, Lisea Piper, Enterprise; one son, Tim Boggess, Dothan; five grandchildren: Chad Hall (Ivey), Josh Hall, Hannah Hall, Dana Watson (Lee), Lamar Boggess; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
