Obituary from Holman Funeral Home and Cremations – Ozark, AL

 

Mrs. Sallye German Price, 77, of Ozark, died Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at the home of her daughter.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Thursday, November 3, 2016, from Bethel United Methodist Church with Reverend Jennifer Hendrix, Reverend Dr. Billy D. Gaither, and Chaplain Adam Mulliner officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Wednesday evening from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M.

Mrs. Price was born February 26, 1939 in Dale County to the late James Willie German and Annie Jane Marshall German.  She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Dimmitt Price, Sr.; five brothers, Billy German, Ed German, John F. German, David German, and Bobby German.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Dr. Bob Snell of Skipperville; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Barbara Rhodes of Ozark; one step-son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Gina Price of Dunnellon, Florida; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary and Laura German, Jerry and Stephanie German all of Ozark; five sisters and one brother-in-law, Marceline McDaniel of Ozark, Reba and Max Upton of Slocomb, Judy McDaniel of Ozark, Kay Cheek of Cumming, Georgia, Faye LaBounty of Canton, Georgia.  Four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
