Pamela Jan Clements age 60 of Elba, Alabama passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 as a result of injuries sustained from an accident. A memorial service will be held at New Hope Baptist Church on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 beginning at 1:00 PM with Rev. Lanny Shepard officiating.

In lieu of flowers her family request memorials be made to Altrusa of Jack, P.O. Box 25, Jack, Alabama 36346, in memory of Jan.

She is survived by her Husband - David Clements, Elba, AL, Daughter - Shanna Ballard, Brundidge, AL, Son - Joe Speros, Banks, AL, Mother - Eulene Clara Wise, Elba, AL, along Granddaughter - Dakota Ballard, Brundidge, AL, Grandson - Matthew Ballard, Brundidge, AL, Grandson - Matthew Speros, Banks, AL, Grandson - Jeremy Speros, Banks, AL, Grandson - William Speros, Banks, AL, Sister - Joan Clark, Elba, AL, Brother - Therrell Wise, Enterprise, AL,

Jan was preceded in death by her father Duvall Kenneth Wise.

Hayes Funeral Home of Elba, Alabama is serving the Clements family.
