Pamela Kaye Abel McCarthy, 29, of Cottonwood, AL, lost her battle to cancer on June 21, 2016. Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Glover Funeral Home with Rev. John Smith and Rev. Earl Clark officiating.

The family will receive friends at 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. prior to the service. All other times the family will be at David and Sherry’s house. Pam was the daughter of David and Sherry Abel. Pam is a 2006 graduate of Cottonwood High School. Pam will be met at the Holy Gates by her brother, Anthony McCord.

Surviving in addition to her parents are two sons, Tristan and Bryant McCarthy and one daughter, Hayleigh, all from Cottonwood, one sister, Taylor Abel (Chris McNeill), grandparents, Danny and Betty Watford, very special aunt, Bettie Hall, grandparents, Donna Abel, Don Abel, special niece and nephews, Jacie, James and Jacob McCord, special friends, Kaylee Bond, Jessica Dekle, fiance Chris Isbell.

Glover Funeral Home of Dothan has been entrusted with the arrangements.
