PRESTON  RUDOLPH  KNOWLES,  JR.

WEBB. . .Preston Rudolph “Brother” Knowles, Jr., a resident of Webb, died unexpectedly Friday, November 10, 2017, at his home. He was 62.

            Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Monday, November 13, 2017, at the family residence, 1051 Ludlum Road, Webb, with Pastor Fred Bacher officiating. The body will be taken to the family residence Saturday afternoon where the family will receive friends until funeral time. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

            In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alabama Children’s Hospital Foundation, 1600 7^th Avenue, South, Birmingham, AL 35255.

            Brother Knowles was a lifelong resident of Webb, son of the late Preston Rudolph Knowles, Sr. and Mamie Opal Buie Knowles. He was a member of the Dothan Country Fellowship. Brother was the owner and operator of Knowles Trucking. In earlier years, he was engaged in farming and in the produce business. Brother was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Ann Knowles.

            Surviving relatives include wife, Stephanie “Stacy” W. Knowles; two daughters, Barbara Kaylee Knowles Voak and husband, Matt, Columbia; and Maddie Gregory, Webb; a son, Cody Denney  and wife, Meleah, Dothan; two grandchildren, Colt Voak and Coley June Voak; a great-grandson, Korbyn Denney; several special cousins, nieces and nephews.
