Rev. Farrell L. Kyser

Rev. Farrell L. Kyser of Enterprise went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, December 30, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was 61.

 

Funeral services with a celebration of his life will be 2:00pm on Monday, January 2, 2017 from the Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel in Enterprise with Rev. Johnny Bryant and Rev. Floyd Lawhon officiating. Burial will follow in the Meadowlawn Memorial Park cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 12:00 noon and continuing until service time.

He was born July 28, 1955 in Coffee County to the late Charlie J. and Ada Ruth Moring Kyser. He was a member of the Christ Community Church of God. In addition to his parents, 2 brothers, Lamar and Ray Kyser as well as one sister, Christine Hussey all preceded him in death.

 

Bro. Farrell was known around the world for declaring the life changing power of the Gospel. For a number of years, God used evangelist Kyser to stir the hearts and souls of those who came under the sound of his voice. He worked with all his power to rekindle the fire of God in people who were tired of just going through a religious order. He demonstrated the true love of God with his preaching the Gospel.

 

 

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Glenda Kyser, Enterprise, AL, his daughter, Kristi Griswold and her husband Nathan of Enterprise, AL, his son, Farrell L. Kyser Jr. and his wife Deana, Enterprise, AL, his sister, Ruby Wilson, Geneva, AL, 5 grandchildren and other relatives.
