Robert Lee Avery, 67, of Midland City, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at SAMC.

Memorial services will be held on October 6, 2018, at 11:00 am at Glover Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jason Kirk officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 10:45 am, one hour prior to services, at Glover Funeral Home Chapel. Flowers will be accepted.

Mr. Avery was born February 15, 1951 in Pavo, Georgia to the late Joe and Alpha Odessa Daniels Avery. He was a supervisor at Alabama Electric for over 50 years and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents he is predeceased by a brother, Benny Avery and a grandson, Tyler Easton.

Survivors include two daughters, Dana Ceron/Perez, Daleville, AL and Nina Davis, Dothan, AL; two sisters, Maryanne Paulk, Dothan, AL and Patricia Johnson, Chancellor, AL; three grandchildren, Jaxxon Davis, Chase Easton, Zachary Easton; great-grandson, Jessie Easton.
