Robert Ray Bishop of Hartford, AL passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018 in Bay Medical Center from injuries received in an automobile accident. He was 20 years old.

 Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2018 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Gene Hauser and Rev. Gary Watson officiating. Burial will follow in the Camp Ground Cemetery in Westville, FL with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 1:00 p.m.

 Robert was born in Coffee County, AL on January 2, 1998. In his spare time he enjoyed playing the piano, basketball, football, and baseball. When he attended Geneva High School, he was a proud member of the GHS marching band. Robert loved going to church, especially going on the youth trips with Trinity Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Leandrae Alred; paternal grandfather, Marion K. Bishop;  two aunts, Wanda Leavins, and Lessie McGowan; one uncle, Larry Bishop.

 He is survived by his father, Howard Ray Bishop; one sister, Brittany Miller ( Scott); maternal grandmother, Jimmie Smith (Jimmy); maternal grandfather, Jerry McGowan (Betty); paternal grandmother, Lena Bell Alford; two aunts, Teresa Mitchell (Scott), and Jewel Bruce (Jimmy); two uncles, Joel Alford (Ilene) and Robert Bishop; two nephews, Scott and Cooper Miller; and a host of cousins and friends.
