Sallie Mae Whited, 80, passed away on Friday evening surrounded by her loving family in Midland City, AL., She was born in Trenton, TN., on November 28, 1938 to Daniel Kinkade and Bessie Kinade (Kelley).

 

Sallie wishes were to be cremated.

 

Sallie was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister whom loved her family. Sallie enjoyed cooking, taking trips to casinos and going to church. She was a Christian lady.

 

Preceded in death by her parents, husband: Wayne Wright, son: Ronnie Wright, and infant daughter: Doreen Wright.

 

Survivors include her children: Drena Qualls, James Wright, Harold Wright, Linda Meloche ,  Carol Williams, Larry Wright, and Tommy Wright, sisters: Brenda Adams, and Susie Dick, brother: DeWayne Kinkade , along with many grandchildren,  great-grandchildren , and a host of family and friends.
