Sara M. Yohn of New Brockton, AL passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.  She was 92.


Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Sam Williams and Rev. Dan Baughman officiating.  Burial will follow in New Brockton City Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7PM on Tuesday.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to:  Wesley Chapel Youth Program, 2235 County Road 156, Enterprise, AL 36330.


Mrs. Yohn was preceded in death by a granddaughter, April Trimm.


Survivors include 2 daughters, Felicia Ezell (Jimmy), Geneva, AL, Lunitta Pace (Ken), Bellwood, AL; 2 sons, Kenneth Yohn (Debra), New Brockton, AL, Ronald G. Yohn, New Brockton, AL; 2 sisters, Maggie Evans, Dothan, AL, Racine Smith, Enterprise, AL; 7 grandchildren, Leda Green (Brian), Chancellor, AL, Chris Ezell, Czech Republic, Joseph Pace, San Diego, CA, Mandi McPhaul (Jared), New Brockton, AL, Nicholas Yohn (Gabriela), Atlanta, GA, Brandon Yohn (Morgan), Loxley, AL, Joshua Yohn, Birmingham, AL; 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.


The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation of love and kindness during this time to Dr. Rick Harrelson at Medical Center Enterprise, Nurse Sandy at CCU in SEAMC and Encompass Home Health staff.
