Shannon Tice Kimbril of Enterprise passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at her residence.  She was 48.

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Friday, October 6, 2017 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise.  Burial will follow at Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00pm and continuing until service time.

 

Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, National Headquarters, 6520 N. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309-2132.

 

Shannon was born September 4, 1969, in Coffee County, Alabama, to Bobby Tice Sr. and Jeanette Strickland Tice.  She was a registered nurse and a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church.  She also earned a first degree black belt.

 

Survivors include her husband, Tim Kimbril of Enterprise; one son, Ryan Ebbinga of Huntsville; four stepsons: Daniel Kimbril of North Carolina, Joe Kimbril of Newton, Samuel Kimbril and Andrew Kimbril, both of Omaha, Nebraska; one stepdaughter, Grace Betchtold of Virginia; her parents, Bobby and Jeanette Tice of Enterprise; one brother, Joe Tice of Enterprise; eight stepgrandchildren, a niece, Shelby Tice Hughes (Kenneth), numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and a loving caregiver, Gwen Baker.

 

The family thanks Southern Care Hospice for their loving, compassionate care.
