SHORTERVILLE. . .Sybil Money White, a resident of Shorterville, died Saturday night, January 14, 2017, in a Dothan hospital. She was 75.

            The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:45 P.M. Monday, January 16, 2017, at Holman-Abbeville Mortuary. Private graveside services will follow in the Abbeville Memorial Cemetery-East with Reverend Mickey Skinner officiating.

            Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3054 McGehee Road, Montgomery, AL 36311.

            Mrs. White was a lifelong resident of Henry County, daughter of the late Albert Lee Money and Mary Kate Helton Money. She was a member of the Old Zion Baptist Church. Mrs. White retired as Recording Clerk from the Henry County Judge of Probate office. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy L. White and a sister, Mary Catherine Hutto.

            Surviving relatives include a daughter, Natalie Cook (Nicholas), Dothan; and a son, Jason L. White, Shorterville; two grandsons, Tyler Cook and Dylan Cook; a sister, Margaret (Beanie) Lisenby, Ft. Walton Beach, FL; nieces, Helen Hayles (Rick), Destin, FL; and Sandra Faria, Dothan; a sister-in-law, Annie Ruth Hammond, Dothan.
