Ulma Don Mack age 64, a resident of Elba, Alabama passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, May 6, 2018 at Medical Center Enterprise.  Funeral services will be held at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Sam Self officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Tuesday evening, May 8th, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 

     Don is survived by his Wife - Jackie Mack, Elba, AL, Son - Josh (Tammy) Mack, Elba, AL, Step-Daughter - Nikki (Chad) Blasi, Freeport, FL, Grandchild - Drew Mack, Elba, AL, Grandchild - Cortney (Guy) Anderson, Elba, AL, Grandchild - Makenzie Wambles, Elba, AL, Grandchild - Nix Blasi, Freeport, FL, Grandchild - Hale Blasi, Freeport, FL, Great Grandchild - John Anderson, Elba, AL, and Great Grandchild - Jocie Anderson also of Elba, AL. He also leaves behind Sister - Henrietta Grimes, Elba, AL, Sister - Kaye (Ronnie) Whitworth of Elba, AL, along with his Mother-in-law - Evelyn Kilcrease of Opp, AL.

     He was preceded in death by his parents Ulma and Ruth Mack, along with brothers Reggie and Brad Mack, and by a brother-in-law James Grimes. 

 

     Hayes Funeral Home of Elba, Alabama is serving the Mack family.
