BIRMINGHAM…Vivian Horne Enfinger White, a resident of Birmingham, died Thursday morning, September 20, 2018, in the North Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Birmingham She was 75.


     Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 22, 2018, in Gardens of Memory, between Headland & Dothan, with Pastor Ruth Jones officiating.  Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of the arrangements. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 P.M. Saturday at the mortuary in Headland.


     Vivian White was born on January 17, 1943 in Houston County, Alabama, daughter of the late Floyd Horne and Lena Williams Horne. She lived most of her adult life in Dothan before moving to Birmingham in 2015. She retired from General Cigar Company in Dothan. Mrs. White was a member of Gateway Church in Headland. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Billy Gene Enfinger, Kenneth Hodge and John White; four sisters, L. E. Ward, Molly Tindol, Christine Parker and Betty McNeal and a brother, Bill Horne. ‘


     Surviving relatives include two daughters, Alicia Enfinger Thompson, Dothan, and Denesa Enfinger McCall, Birmingham; a step-daughter, Carol Walding (Brian), Rehobeth; two sisters, Carolyn Benton (Wayne) and Marolyn Pich (Fred), all of Dothan; three grandchildren, Christopher Thompson, Hannah Langgaard (Niel) and Jordan McCall; and five great-grandchildren, Zane Langgaard, McKenzie Thompson, Maleah Thompson, Troy Thompson and Brooklyn Thompson.
