Wanda “Joyce” Bowers Rathbone, age 76 of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Thursday, October 6, 2016 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 10, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of New Brockton with Rev. Donald Phillips officiating.  Burial will follow in the New Brockton City Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the church on Monday beginning at 1:00 P.M. and continuing until service time.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, J. T. Bowers, her son, Jeffery Bowers, her parents, Maydell Kirkland and Barney Waynick, brothers, Terry Clinard and Jerry Clinard.

Survivors include her former husband and friend, Vernon Rathbone, Enterprise, AL; Daughters, Debra and Jerry Gentile; Lisa Deal; Son, Greg and Tammy Bowers, all of New Brockton, AL; Sisters, Ann and Bob Stewart; Judy Powell; Mary and Rusty Parsley, all of Pensacola, FL; Brothers, Kenneth and Daryln Waynick, Las Vegas, NV; Gary Clinard; Chuck Clinard, both of Penascola, FL; Nine grandchildren, Jay and Tasha Bradshaw; Joy and Jason Phillips; Adam Sutley; Carrie and Mark Tevis; Rachel and Donnell Foster; Emily and Daniel Staley; Eric Bowers; Tera Diskell; Gage Driskell; Twelve great-grandchildren, Roderick Bradshaw; Dakota Anderson; Calvin and Randi Phillips; Abbie Tevis; Baylon and Brielle Foster; Trinity Thacker; Noah Staley; Austin and Aleaha Bowers; Carter Russell.
