Zachary Cook, age 26, of Jack, AL, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, October 2, 2017 at Meadowlawn Cemetery. 

Zachary was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Berniece Barley, Pawpaw Jimmy Cook, aunt, Ruth Ann Pachico Berry.

Survivors include his mother, Christine Carpenter (Brad) Enterprise, AL; father, Keith Cook (Dawn) Jack, AL; sisters, Shalea Allums (Brenton) Enterprise, AL; Chelsea Carpenter, Warner Robbins, GA; aunt. Beth Hussey (Glenn) Enterprise, AL; uncle, Curtis Cook, Colorado; niece, Kiya Allums; nephew, Dillan Allums, Nana, Grace Cook, Enterprise, AL; cousin, Natalie Parker (Daniel) Enterprise, AL.
