Fortis College Honor Society Induction Ceremony

Fortis College in Dothan is having it's induction ceremony for our National Technical Honor Society (NTHS), next Friday April 27, 2012 at 10 am. The event will be here at our campus in the student lounge. We will be inducting 30 new members into the honor society as well as Dr. Steve Turkoski as an honorary member. It will be a formal event with friends and family invited. The honor students are it's best students with a minimum 3.5 GPA and show community spirit and commitment. The purposes of the NTHS is to promote the ideals of honesty, service, leadership, and skill development among America’s future workforce; to reward scholastic achievement in career and technical education; to assist Society Members in their pursuit of career and educational goals; to help to build and maintain a stronger, more positive image for career and technical students, programs and schools in Dothan and throughout the nation.
