It is our pleasure to invite you to the Poplar Springs High School Homecoming on Saturday, January 26, 2013. The classes of 1943, 1953, 1963, 1973, 1983, 1993, and 2003 will be recognized. The Poplar Springs varsity girls’ game will begin at 5:00 P.M. The recognition ceremony will take place around 6:15 P.M. The varsity boys will play at 7:00 P.M. A reception will be held in the media center after the recognition of classes. Honored classes, alumni members, former principals, teachers, and spouses of each are invited. This reception is “especially for you.” We encourage you to become an active member of the PSHS Alumni Association during the reception. The fee is $7.00 per year for one person. However, if you and your spouse both attended Poplar Springs, the fee is $10.00 per year. The reception for alumni is funded through the PSHS Alumni Association. We are able to continue this tradition through your generous donations. A photographer will be present to make pictures during class recognition; one 8x10 will be $12. These may be ordered. The “Atomic Pride Club” of Poplar Springs High School has borrowed $35,000 from People’s Bank of Graceville to build concession stands, press boxes, and restrooms at the ba seball and softball fields. The first payment of $10,000 is due in January 2013. Anyone who would like to contribute toward this payment can send a check to 3726 Atomic Drive Graceville, FL 32440. Stop by and see the exciting things that are happening at PSHS. Please mark your calendar to attend Homecoming 2013. Please tour our beautiful facility while here. For more information you may contact the school at (850)263-6260 or (850)263-4191. Thank you for your generosity and continued support of Poplar Springs High School.
