DOTHAN:     01:35 AM.     Dothan 911 dispatched a structure fire located at 2426 Scott Road. In Dothan. Scott Road runs off Napier Field Road.


At the time of dispatch Dothan 911 reported oven - smoke visible - sparking. All occupants have evacuated from the residence.


01:39 AM.  Dothan Fire Engine Company 6 ( Napier Field Road ) arrived on the scene. Engine 6 reports a single story residential structure, nothing visible, fire hydrant at the tailboard of Engine 6, investigating, and instructed all incoming fire engine companies to level 1 staging.


Level 1 staging instructions are for all units to prepare to connect to fire hydrants and offensive fire attack, but do not execute until directed.


01:43. AM. Dothan Fire Engine Company 9 ( Technology Drive ), Dothan Fire Engine Company 3 ( Whatley Drive ) arrive on the scene and in level 1 staging.


01:44 AM.  Dothan Fire Engine 6 reports a faulty oven, no structure fire. All units could return to service. All units were directed to return to service.


From asleep to on the scene in four minutes at 1:35 AM in the morning.


01:55 AM.   Dothan Fire Engine 6 ( Napier Field Road ) reports power isolated from faulty stove, Engine 6 has returned to service and enroute to Station 6.
