HARTFORD:    10:00 AM    The first copy of the complaint filed with the City of Hartford by Hartford Police Officer Baker was not readable when scanned.

RSN has been able to obtain a copy which can be read. This has been uploaded and it is available.

It has been interesting and entertaining some of the commenters attacking me. Which does not bother me at all. But I have never met Officer Baker. Some think I have a beef with Chief Markow over his arrest as a Geneva County Deputy of a Hartford Volunteer Fireman on a wreck scene in Dale County when Dale County Sheriff Deputy and ALEA - Troopers were on the scene. Dale County Sheriff Deputy and ALEA - Troopers were the "agency of jurisdiction" and the Geneva County Deputy was not the "agency of jurisdiction". Then Geneva County Deputy Pete Markow had a duty to stop and render aid because he was several cars behind the cars which wrecked. But once Dale County Sheriff Deputy and ALEA - Troopers arrived, his duty was to then only "assist" the agency of jurisdiction. Instead he made the arrest and the volunteer fireman had to be transported to the Dale County Jail. The charges were dismissed against the volunteer fireman.

Until then Pete Markow and I spoke and were somewhat friends. After I challenged his actions in a article he would not speak to me. I lost sleep over it - but that was only because the phone woke me up not over Markow not speaking to me. My challenge did not mean that I no longer liked Pete Markow. It meant I thought he was out of line in his arrest of the volunteer fireman when the law enforcements officers of the agency of jurisdiction were on the scene.

As to the Hartford situation, RSN is merely reporting what was filed. And if Former Hartford Police Chief Pete Markow wants to respond, RSN will be glad to post his statement or video his statement and let him comment. RSN has no decision in this matter.
