DOTHAN:    9:43 PM      Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Fire Engine Company 4 ( Southside ), Pilcher Ambulance and Dothan Police to a critical injury wreck on East Main and Fogg's Lane.

The accident was in the westbound side of the roadway.Fogg's Lane is just west of the Osteopthic College entrance.

Two vehicles apparently traveling west on East Main ( Highway 84 ). One vehicle struck the other and both went off the roadway on the northside and into the woodline.

Dothan Engine 4 called for additional resources. Squad 1 responded and I think Dothan Fire Engine 5 ( Eastside ) responded. Dothan Fire Battalion Chief Ash responded.

There were four ( 4 ) patients. Dothan Fire Engine 4 called for three ( 3 ) Pilcher Ambulances to respond. One patient was entrapped and Dothan Fire had to extricate from the wreckage.

Do not believe any injuries were life threatening. Major damage to the vehicles.

Dothan Police Patrol Lt. Jason Adkins and Dothan Police Patrol Sgt. Blake McAllister were on the scene with multiple Dothan Police Officers.

There was heavy damage to both vehicles. The four patients were transported to the hospital by Pilcher Ambulance Service.

Dothan Police is in charge of the accident investigation. Houston County Sheriff Deputies were on the scene and assisted Dothan Police.
