GENEVA COUNTY:       Geneva County 911 dispatched Hartford Rescue and Geneva County Sheriff Department to a gunshot.


Emergency units rolled to the scene.


Hartford Rescue responded to the scene. Reports are the victim was shot three times. The patient was transported to Southeast Health.


Giving Geneva County Sheriff Department time to get on the scene and determine the facts and circumstances before I contact Geneva County Sheriff Tony Helms.


11/14 1:25 P.M. UPDATE: According to Geneva County Sheriff Tony Helms, a private process server was shot. The victim was treated and released from the hospital. The victim's name is not being released at the moment. 


Helms said there's a prior history between the two individuals. 


No one is in custody at the moment while authorities try to determine exactly what happened.
